Administrative

Medical Records Clerk - PRN (On-call-as-needed) position with ability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours/week. High school graduate or equivalent. Medical office experience a plus. Ability to operate computer and office equipment and to alphabetize and file numerically. Essential to have good written and verbal communication skills.

Project & Compliance Manager - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required, Masters Degree preferred. Five years health care or human services management required.  Minimum of three years experience managing complex projects is required. Equivalent combination of education and appropriate experience will be considered. Familiarity with Community Health Center or Rural Health Center operations is desired. Experience with compliance programs is strongly desired, especially those relating to government regulations and contracts. Knowledge of HIPAA is preferred. General understanding of the clinic revenue cycle, and familiarity with contracts, credentialing, billing, posting and accounts receivable. Assure that required policies, procedures, documentation and administrative systems are in place in support of clinical, operational, and financial activities. Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to develop and implement new programs and projects, many of which will be compliance related. Serve as project leader for assigned organization-wide initiatives. Valid Colorado driver’s license and auto insurance as required by law.

IT Data Specialist - Full-time opening. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field. Two years experience in working with relational databases. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required by law. Responsible for maintenance of data within practice management system and ancillary databases. Responsible for delivery of information, data, and technical support to database users. Develop training plans and materials for user access to system data. Audit and evaluate data entry and information processing functions to ensure accuracy and identify training needs, provide user feedback and assistance where necessary. Provide user support through problem analysis, diagnosis and resolution. Develop, generate and prepare required reports. Maintain internal website. Plan and organize daily operation of data entry function within MIS.
