Quality

Pueblo Community Health Center strives to provide the highest quality care possible to our patients. We are happy to report that three out of four PCHC patients see their primary care provider every single year, and that our patients exceed Healthy People’s 2020 goals for hypertension, 1st trimester of entry, and dental sealants. We are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, and we receive support from Pueblo County United Way and Health Resources and Services Administration in order to provide our patients with the best primary care available in Pueblo County.
