Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) is pleased to announce that they have been named a Health Center Quality Leader awardee by the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA), a division within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This award recognizes the highest performing health centers nationwide. As a Health Center Quality Leader, PCHC achieved the best overall clinical performance among all health centers, placing in the top 20% for clinical quality measures.

Pueblo Community Health Center has announced the purchase of the Safeway building at 1322 E. 8th Street. The property has been vacated since November 2016. PCHC plans to make a significant investment in a new state of the art primary health care clinic for the neighborhood.
