These opportunities are designed to give you hands-on experience, expose you to real-world clinical and professional settings, and connect you with experienced mentors who are committed to your growth and learning.

If you are interested in submitting a request to pursue your supervision needs with Pueblo Community Health Center, please submit an emailed request to Humanresources@pueblochc.org.

Included in the email request should be the following:

• Student name and contact information
• Student’s educational institute
• Degree/Licensure working towards
• Brief Description (or additional attachment) of requirements, including hours.

Additionally, if approved the following will be required to start:

• Copy of active BLS
• Record of Flu Shot ( Nov 1 – Feb 28)
• Record of Tuberculosis test/results
• Proof of current completed background check
• Student Affiliate Packet completed
