Low Cost Sports Physicals Offered in Pueblo City Schools and District 70

(Pueblo, CO, July 22, 2019) -- Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) and Parkview Medical Center are partnering to offer affordable sports physicals for athletes in both middle and high school enrolled in either Pueblo City Schools or School District 70. Students DO NOT need to be seen at the school that they attend.

Appointments are available at the PCHC School-Based Wellness Centers at Centennial, Central, East and County High Schools starting July 30 through August 7 from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Call (719) 543-8718 ext. 700 to schedule.

Pueblo West High School will be accepting walk-ins on July 30 & 31 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day. Rye High School will be accepting walk-ins on August 1 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. For more information about these clinics, visit www.parkviewmc.com/events.

The cost for physicals at all location is $30.
