Medical Services
Pueblo Community Health Center’s Board Certified family practice physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives offer the following services for you:

Dental Services
Patients of PCHC can receive oral health care services at the PCHC dental clinics. Our licensed and trained dentists and staff care for patients of all ages including pediatrics, adolescents, and adults.
Dental assistance for seniors (age 60+) may be available through a grant funded program. Services are limited. Please contact PCHC for availability of funds and qualification guidelines. For treatments beyond the scope of PCHC's dental practice, patients may be referred out for specialty care.

Prenatal Care/OB-GYN
A full range of comprehensive health services is available to women before, during, and after pregnancy.
These services include the following:
- Free pregnancy tests
- Prenatal care and delivery
- Postpartum care
- Breastfeeding education support and assistance
- Newborn care
- Ultrasound and fetal monitoring
- Prematurity prevention sessions
- Childbirth classes
- Birth control
- Home visits
- Care provided by certified nurse midwives or physicians
- Supportive partnerships with local programs
Pueblo County WIC (The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children) appointments are now available every Wednesday at PCHC. Schedule your appointment by calling the Pueblo WIC Office at (719) 583-4392.
Behavioral Health Services
Licensed behavioral health therapists help our patients who are experiencing issues like depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
Available behavioral health services include the following:
- Solution-focused therapy for individuals, families, and couples
- Psychotherapy
- Acudetox
- Group therapy, including therapeutic and educational modalities
- Crisis intervention
- Access to psychiatric medication consultation
Dental Services
Patients of PCHC can receive oral health care services at the PCHC dental clinics. Our licensed and trained dentists and staff care for patients of all ages including pediatrics, adolescents, and adults. Our newest dental clinic is now open at the East Side Clinic.


School-Based Wellness Centers
In partnership with Pueblo School Districts 60 & 70, Pueblo Community Health Center is responsible for School-Based Wellness Centers (SBWCs) at Central and Pueblo County High Schools, as well as Chávez Huerta K-12 Preparatory Academy. SBWCs provide comprehensive primary and behavioral health care comparable to services received at a family practice physician's office, behavioral health counseling office, or clinic. PCHC will see any student regardless of their ability to pay. Once a consent form is on file, a student is welcome to be seen at ANY SBWC site. Parents/guardians with questions are encouraged to call (719) 543-8711.
