PCHC offers Low-Cost Sports Physicals in School-Based Wellness Centers

(Pueblo, CO, January 30, 2023) -- Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) is again offering affordable sports physicals for athletes in both middle and high school enrolled in either Pueblo School Districts 60 or 70, as well as Chavez/Huerta K-12 Preparatory Academy.

Appointments are available at the PCHC School-Based Wellness Centers at Centennial, Central, East, and Pueblo County High Schools, Chávez/Huerta K-12 Preparatory Academy, as well as PCC Student Health Center from February 21-27. Call (719) 543-8718 ext. 700 to schedule.

The cost for physicals at all locations is $30. Insurance can be billed if it has been at least one year since your last well child check. No walk ins will be allowed. Please call to make your appointment today. All patients are required to wear a face covering while in a PCHC clinic.
