Pueblo Community Health Center Offers Low-Cost Sports Physicals

(Pueblo, CO, May 22, 2025) -- Pueblo Community Health Center (PCHC) is offering affordable
sports physicals for middle and high school athletes for the 2025-2026 school year.

New pop-up clinics will be held this year at the locations below:

Liberty Point International School – July 15
Pueblo West High School – July 21
Rye High School – July 24

Appointments are also available at the PCHC School-Based Wellness Centers at Central and Pueblo County High Schools, as well as PCC Student Health Center from July 28 – August 11. Call (719) 543-8718 ext. 700 to schedule.

The cost for physicals at all locations is $10. Insurance can be billed if it has been at least one year since your last well child check. Please call to make your appointment today.
