PCHC emphasizes children's health needs as part of a deliberate plan to offset potential adult health problems. At the heart of this goal is PCHC's immunization program. Through intensive case management and perseverance, PCHC's infant immunization rates for 1- and 2-year-olds are 100% and 99% and for the past ten years, we have had the highest immunization rates of any community health center in Colorado and the nation!

All PCHC employees genuinely care about children's futures and will do whatever is possible to make sure our children are raised in a healthy, safe environment. Our immunization program reflects this goal, and demonstrates the success that can be achieved when we focus together on a very important patient need.
